AI guides and story tracking

AI conversations stay in the current browser tab until cleared or closed. Using the guide sends article sources and your conversation to OpenAI. The server stores request and estimated-usage accounting, not conversation text. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information.

PHP tracking stores broad self-reported PHP use, public reachability and original-fix verification. No domains or credentials are requested. On-demand checks retrieve fixed public PHP/AWS sources without sending your settings to those sites. The personalized guide sends your saved answers and selected source passages to OpenAI when opened and on follow-ups. Stopping tracking removes your exposure row; public source history and usage accounting remain. No automatic alerts or system scans are enabled.

This notice covers the PULS email interest list, not every part of the app. Updated October 24, 2026.

What joining means

The list records interest in future PULS email updates. Delivery is not active and frequency is not set. Joining does not grant Founding 48 access. No confirmation or welcome email is currently sent.

What is stored

The list stores an email address, list status, a cadence field and creation/update timestamps in the site’s Cloudflare D1 database. New entries use your signed-in address and are marked unscheduled. Older entries may contain a legacy daily or weekly value and prototype_waitlist status. That value is not a delivery promise.

Earlier signups

The earlier open form did not require sign-in or explicit consent. Those entries are unverified, are not confirmed for future mail, and must be reconfirmed before any delivery is activated. Signing in does not automatically reconfirm them: choose Confirm interest and agree to the notice. No historical entries are bulk upgraded.

Sign-in and control

ChatGPT sign-in supplies your email and user ID through the hosting layer. The newsletter stores the email, not the user ID. Sign-in establishes the address you can manage; it is separate from consent to join. PULS does not accept another person’s address through this form. Rejoining a confirmed entry does not change its settings; reconfirming an older entry changes its status to interest_list, resets cadence to unscheduled and updates its timestamp.

Removal

Sign in on Email updates and choose “Remove my address” to delete your interest-list database entry. You can join again later. Removal does not delete your account, founding application, infrastructure logs or backups; backup retention is not specified here. Existing entries remain until removed. Before activating delivery, frequency and unsubscribe handling still need to be defined and disclosed.
